Taconic Wrestlers Down Mount Everett
PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Isiah Williams, Tyler Hiestand and Dave Jones each earned a pin to lead the Taconic wrestling team to a 59-21 win over Mount Everett on Tuesday night.
Williams pinned Sergio Winston at 145 pounds in 3 minutes, 27 seconds.
At 182, Hiestand pinned Gabe Albano in 5:24.
In the heavyweight division, Jones ended his match with Matt Lane at the 3:52 mark.
Mount Everett forfeited several weight classes but got wins from Charles Lee, Anthony Lupiani, and Brad Lupiani.
Lee pinned Taconic's Brittney Arsenau in 2:47. Anthony Lupiani won by a technical fall over Ari Burke, and Brad Lupiani earned a major decision against Mason Papiro.
