McCormack One of Three Four-Goal Scorers for Mounties

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Michael McCormack was one of three Mounties with four goals each to lead the Mount Greylock boys lacrosse team to an 18-3 win over Taconic on Tuesday.
 
McCormack added seven assists to increase his Western Mass-leading point total.
 
Matt Malloy and Cole Hughes also scored four times apiece for the Mounites, who improved to 18-1 and stayed unbeaten against Massachusetts competition with one regular season game remaining, Wednesday at Westfield.
 
Jonah Kelley scored twice, Thomas Astle had two assists, and Mount Greylock got single goals from Sean McCormack, Aaron Ronnow, Liam Chenail and Kevin Aliberti.
 
Cal Filson and Pat Storie combined for six saves in Mount Greylock's goal.
 
Mike Perkett scored twice and added an assist, and Kevin Harris and Brandon Walton had one goal apiece for Taconic.
 
Josh Tassone stopped nine Mount Greylock shots.
