Hinkell Leads Drury Past Lenox

LENOX, Mass. – Connor Hinkell went 3-for-3 with a home run and a pair of doubles Tuesday to lead the Drury baseball team to a 9-6 win over Lenox.
 
Hinkell drove in three runs and scored twice in a nine-hit attack for the Blue Devils.
 
Julian Feliciano was 2-for-5 with a double, and JJ Prenguber doubled. Noah Arnold finished 2-for-4 at the plate.
 
Brayden Durant earned the win on the mound, striking out eight in 5 and two thirds innings of work. Prenguber finished up, striking out four, walking one and allowing one run in 1 and a third innings on the bump.
 
Lenox was led by Bryce Hoff, who went 3-for-4 with an RBI. Jason Sibley was 2-for-4 with a double, and David Kirchner and Robbie Bazinet each had a pair of hits in the loss.
 
Bazinet, Kirchner and Hoff split time on the mound, striking out seven.
 
Lenox (4-5) goes to Mount Greylock on Wednesday.
