Mounties Top McCann Tech

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Brayden Villnave scored five goals and assisted on three more Monday to lead the Mount Greylock boys lacrosse team to a 19-3 win over McCann Tech.

 

Dow Young and Henry Easton each had a hat trick for the Mounties, who led, 9-0, at half-time.

 

Oden Wojtkowski made three saves to earn the win in goal.

 

McCann Tech got a pair of goals from Kaleb Munson and six saves from Lucas Loynes.

 

The Hornets (0-9) host Chicopee Comprehensive on Wednesday.

 

Mount Greylock (10-1) is at Mount Anthony on Thursday.
