Shorthanded Wahconah Boys Down Hoosac Valley
DALTON, Mass. – Kesler Anello and Gio Venable each scored four goals Friday to lead the Wahconah boys lacrosse team to a 15-6 win over Hoosac Valley.
Anello had three assists and Venable set up two goals in the win.
Jackson Schneider and Trevion Hawkins each scored two goals in the win.
Noah Levante earned the win with 13 saves in Wahconah’s goal.
“I am very proud of how we played missing guys tonight,” Wahconah coach Matt Fisher said. “The hard work is finally paying off, and I’m excited to keep the streak alive.”
Wahconah (4-5) takes a two-game winning streak into Thursday’s home game against Northampton.
