Easthampton Softball Team Tops Pittsfield

EASTHAMPTON, Mass. – Summer Routhier struck out 10 and walked one in a complete-game effort Thursday to lead the Easthampton softball team to an 8-3 win over Pittsfield in the Generals’ season finale.

 

Cecilia Centeno hit a solo home run and went 2-for-for at the plate to lead Pittsfield’s offense.

 

Lexi Spratling doubled and drove in a pair of runs and Amelia Polidoro went 2-for-3.

 

Polidoro also threw a complete game in the circle for Pittsfield, striking out five and allowing five earned runs.

 

Pittsfield finishes the season with a record of 5-15.
