Mahar Girls Top McCann Tech

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Mahar outscored McCann Tech, 17-6, in the fourth quarter Friday to earn a 49-30 win.

 

“Tonight we had a great game we are struggling to pull out the win,” McCann Tech coach Kathy Budaj said. “They outshot us at the free throw line, which did not help. I'm proud of how hard the girls are playing.”

 

Grace Towler scored 12 points, and Kaylee Tatro added 10 for the Hornets (4-8).

 

McCann Tech goes to Turners Falls on Tuesday.
