An Oklahoma man arrested in Pittsfield in November has been indicted in Federal Court in Springfield.
Federal prosecutors charged Anthony Mason of Dewey, Oklahoma with being a felon and fugitive from justice in possession of a firearm.
Mason was also convicted on state ammunition charges. He fled Oklahoma while out on bail on narcotics charges.
