Adams Community Bank Adds Assistant Vice President, Promotes Officer

ADAMS, Mass. — Adams Community Bank President and CEO Charles O'Brien announced the promotion of Jacob Dabrowski to branch officer at the Lee Branch and the hiring of Gerry Biron as assistant vice president of credit administration.
"Jake's background in financial services coupled with his outstanding customer service skills will serve us well as we continue to expand customer relationships in Lee and the surrounding communities," O'Brien said. "He will be an asset to our customers and employees alike. We look forward to his ideas and leadership skills as we continue to provide new products and services to the communities we serve."
In his new capacity Dabrowski will be responsible for leading the branch team in ensuring our customers receive personalized attention and outstanding customer service. Dabrowski has been with the bank since 2010, where he has held the position of customer service representative. Prior to joining Adams Community Bank, Dabrowski has held positions at TD Bank and Citizen's Bank.
Dabrowski is very involved in the community, including the Adams Community Bank Relay for Life Committee and the Alzheimer's Committee along with many other volunteer activities. He is a graduate of Hoosac Valley High School and the Hallmark Institute of Photography.

Prior to joining Adams Community Bank, Biron was an assistant vice president at MountainOne Bank and at Greylock Federal Credit Union.
A distinguished graduate of both Salem State College and the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Biron is a lifelong resident of Adams. He also served time in the United States Marine Corp where he was the recipient of the Good Conduct Medal.
