Rose Homers in SteepleCats' Road Win

HOLYOKE, Mass. -- Cedric Rose went 2-for-4 with a home run and five RBIs Tuesday to lead the North Adams SteepleCats to a 16-5 win over the Valley Blue Sox in New England Collegiate Baseball League action.
 
The Taconic High graduate belted his sixth home run of the summer to drive in three runs in the seventh inning.
 
Brady Mutz went 3-for-6 with a triple and four RBIs in North Adams' 15-hit attack.
 
Randy Reyes earned the win on the mound, striking out six and allowing two runs in five innings.
 
North Adams (9-30) hosts Danbury on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at Joe Wolfe Field.
