Allen Lorin Jangrow, 74 of North Adams, died on Sunday May 2, 2026, at North Adams Commons. He was born in Pittsfield, MA on January 10, 1952, a son of the late Lorin Albert Jangrow and Jeanne (LeGrand) Jangrow.

Allen attended Notre Dame School and graduated from the McCann Technical High School Electrical Program. He was employed at General Electric Company in Pittsfield for many years. Allen enjoyed playing chess, playing his guitar, and singing. He was also intrigued with the study of weather and a proud, devout Catholic.

Allen leaves his children, Jessica Skuby Jangrow and Jonathan Jangrow and brothers, Paul Jangrow and Jamie Jangrow (partner, Terry Bak), as well as nieces and nephews.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Services for Allen Jangrow will take place on Thursday May 14, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow in the family plot in Bellevue Cemetery, Adams.
