Senior Ryan Ouimet helped his team to a 2-1 record on the week, which included the Blue Devils' first two wins of the season.
During the week Ouimet netted four goals in three games, raising his team-leading total to six for the year.

After scoring the Blue Devil's lone goal in a 7-1 loss to Monument Mountain on Monday, Ouimet came back with two more tallies in a 4-2 win over Mount Everett on Wednesday. The Drury captain netted the game-winning goal seven minutes into the second half, scoring off a pass from sophomore Cameron Lesure. Ouimet later added an insurance goal in the 72nd minute, securing the Devils' first win of the season.

Ouimet and his teammates kept their momentum going on Friday with a 4-1 home win over Mohawk. With his team up 3-1, Ouimet took a through ball up the middle and scored on a breakaway in the final minute to put the game away.

"Ryan has really elevated his game in recent weeks," Drury head coach Greg Caproni said. "A few weeks ago, our assistant coach pulled Ryan and fellow seniors to the side during a rough game we were having and talked to them about 'leaving a legacy' and how they presented themselves on the field. Well, ever since that game, Ryan has really worked hard to show leadership on and off the field."
