Bowdoin Men's Tennis Defeats Ephs

Bowdoin trailed 2-1 after doubles play, with their lone point coming from the second pair of Doug Kaplan and Kyle Wolstencroft. Bryan Chow and Trey Meyer won at the top spot for Williams over Oscar Pena and Samuel King, 8-2. Kevin Shallcross and Will Petrie beat Casey Grindon and Chris Lord 8-4.
Casey Grindon was first off court in singles play for Bowdoin, registering a 7-5, 6-4 win to even the score at 2-2. Trey Meyer then gave the Ephs a 3-2 advantage with a win a 7-6, 6-1 win at number one.
It was all Bowdoin after that, as Wolstencroft, Noah Bragg, and Chris Lord won the next three singles matches to bring the Polar Bears to five points. Lord and Bragg each dropped their first set, but were able to bounce back to take their matches in three sets. Wolstencroft had a more routine 6-1, 7-6 win.
