Ghost Tour at Ventfort Hall

LENOX, Mass. — Robert Oakes, author of "Ghosts of the Berkshires," will lead a tour through the historic estate sharing tales of its alleged hauntings. 
 
Participants can stand in the places where the eerie encounters occurred and listen to the first-hand accounts of those who experienced them. 
 
The tour will take place on Friday, June 16,  at 8 pm. Admission is $30 and minimum age to attend is age 12. Reservations are required. To purchase tickets please call 413-637-3206. Please note that all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Payment is required to make a reservation for an event.
 
Robert Oakes is an author, teacher, storyteller, and singer/songwriter originally from northern New Jersey and currently residing in the Berkshires. Since 2010 Robert has led the ghost tours at Edith Wharton's The Mount and has represented the museum and its ghosts on Syfy's Ghost Hunters, Jeff Belanger's New England Legends series on PBS, and The Apple Seed show on BYUradio. In 2020, Robert's debut book, "Ghosts of the Berkshires," was published by Arcadia Publishing and is on sale now in the gift shop. Robert's latest book, "Ghosts of Northwestern New Jersey," was released in September 2022.

Gilded Age Trivia At Ventfort Hall

LENOX, Mass. — Join Richard Dauchy, Berkshire docent, in the Library at Ventfort Hall for a game of Gilded Age Trivia on Sunday, Feb. 8, from 4:30 to 7 pm.
 
Admission is $20 per person and free for members. Reservations are required as seating is limited and can be made on line at https://gildedage.org/pages/calendar or by calling (413) 637-3206.
 
Walk-ins will be accommodated as space allows. All tickets are nonrefundable and non-exchangeable.
 
The historical mansion is located at 104 Walker St. in Lenox.
