PITTSFIELD, Mass. — The Westside Legends are hosting their annual block party to celebrate Pittsfield's Westside neighborhoods. The party starts at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, at the Westside Riverway Park at 185 Dewey Avenue in Pittsfield and will feature entertainment for all ages.
The party includes various foods, vendors, arts and crafts, face painting, kayaking, raffles, Olympic events for the kids, and more. We are honored to have, as one of our highlights, a performance by The Rejuvenators ft. Wanda Houston. The Rejuvenators is New Orleans Mardi Gras traditional, Funk and more.
The family-friendly event is free and open to the public. Partnering organizations include: The Berkshire District Attorney's Office, Berkshire Environmental Action Team (BEAT), Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC), Blue Q, Central Berkshire Habitat for Humanity, Downtown Pittsfield, Inc., Greylock Federal Credit Union, The Mill Town Foundation, Pittsfield Housing Authority and others.
