Barbara Jean Bullett, 83

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. —  Barbara Jean (Sanders) Bullett, 83, of Williamstown died on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Berkshire Medical Center with family at her side. Born in North Adams, MA on April 25, 1943, Barbara was the daughter of the late Doris (Cutler) and Clifford Sanders.

She attended Williamstown schools and graduated in 1961, with the last class of Williamstown High School. She married the love of her life, Russell William Bullett, on August 3, 1963. Prior to having her three wonderful children, Barbara worked at Alton Perry Insurance. She left the workforce to care for her family full time and returned once all of her children were enrolled in school. A gentle and caring soul, Barbara worked with children as a Teacher Aide at Williamstown Elementary School for 22 years mostly with special needs students.

Barbara was an active communicant of Saints Patrick and Raphael Church, loved knitting, cross stitching and crossword puzzles. She enjoyed finding treasures at tag sales and flea markets. Barbara was a past president of Northern Berkshire ARC, now known as Berkshire County ARC. She and her husband were snowbirds, living in Bradenton, FL during the winter months since 2004.

Barbara will be missed by her loving husband, Russell; her adoring children, Jeffrey (Amy) Bullett of Holden MA, and Susan (Derek) Durocher of North Adams; adored grandchildren, Nicholas Bullett, Mitchell Bullett, Cameron Durocher, and Madeline Durocher; and several nieces and nephews. Barbara was predeceased by her daughter, Kimberly Anne Bullett, and her brother, Warren Sanders.

A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held for Barbara Bullett on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Saints Patrick and Raphael Church on Southworth Street in Williamstown, MA. Calling hours will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Homes, WEST CHAPEL, 521 West Main Street, North Adams, MA. Burial will be at a later date at Eastlawn Cemetery.
