Monument Mountain Names Girls Soccer Coach
GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — Monument Mountain Regional High School has named Brian Jarvis as its new head coach of the girls varsity soccer team.
A Lee resident and longtime figure in Western Massachusetts soccer, Jarvis brings more than two decades of experience coaching and mentoring student-athletes.
His résumé includes 11 years as an assistant coach and goalkeeper coach for Ludlow High School, where he helped lead the team to four Division I state championships. He has also served as head coach at Springfield Technical Community College and coached youth programs with Western Mass Juniors and Ludlow Youth Soccer Association.
“Coach Jarvis is exactly the kind of leader we want shaping our athletic culture,” Monument Mountain Athletic Director said. “His ability to connect with players and elevate their game—both athletically and personally—will be a tremendous asset.”
Jarvis said he’s looking forward to the opportunity.
“I’m honored to lead the girls soccer program at Monument Mountain,” Jarvis said. “I believe in building teams that value hard work, respect, and personal growth just as much as winning games.”
