County Lacrosse Officials Pass Out Season-Ending Honors

The Berkshire County Lacrosse Officials Association this spring recognized Wahconah's Dart Jaggi and Lee's Homer Winston as co-recipients of the association's Sportsmanship Award for 2019.
 
Jaggi scored 70 goals this season and finished his career with 236 goals and 35 assists. In addition to being a four-year member of Wahconah's varsity lacrosse team, he also ran cross country and was a member of the Wahoncah High School Band.
 
Jaggi will be attending Full Sail University in the fall to study music production and recording.
 
Winston is a National Honor Society member and was the class valedictorian at Lee, where he finished his lacrosse career with 108 goals and 59 assists.
 
The four-time all-Berkshire County selection will be attending Williams College in the fall.
 
The BCLOA also this year presented its Bob Knightly Defensive Player of the Year award McCann Tech keeper Keegan Dellaghelfa.
 
Dellaghelfa had a 5.8 goals against average in helping backstop the Hornets to an 11-9 record and appearances in the State Vocational tournament and Central/Western Massachusetts Division 3 tournament.
